  • Manage multi-platform campaigns: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube.

  • Monitor ad performance daily, weekly, and monthly through ads manager.

  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 and its cohort analysis feature to measure user retention on the website.

The process

From 2021 through 2022, organic search traffic grew due to SEO, R&D, and IT collaboration. We revamped our website, optimizing for SEO, which boosted search performance.

What is my responsibility in this project?

Web Project Management

ICDX began revamping the company website in July 2020 to enhance user experience and improve its ranking on Google search engine results. I was appointed as the project manager for this initiative, collaborating with a website agency from 2020 to 2022.

  • Manage website content collection across departments.

  • Use JIRA to oversee agency work; partner with UI/UX for user journeys/sitemaps; coordinate with developers.

  • Lead user acceptance testing for bug-free, high-quality website launch.

UI/UX (for several pages only)

  • Designed some pages for ICDX website parts on Figma, after earning Google UX Design certification.

  • Redesigned Academy page with educational content. Adapted existing design elements while improving functionality.

  • Collaborated with developer and conducted user tests for optimal product.
